•    Roof Treatment for arresting roof leakages in Residential and Welfare Buildings.
•    Colony Roads repair & maintenance.
•    Repair and renovation of WTP.
•    Construction/Repair of drains.
•    AMC for Quarter repair and maintenance i/c internal/external water supply.
•    AMC for Upkeep & Maintenance of Sanitation.
•    Electrical repairs in Quarters including re-wiring and other related works.

E - Effluent Treatment-
 

•    Up-gradation of existing ETP/STP .
•    AMC for ETP/STP.
•    Development and beautification of ETP/STP Premises.
•    Cleaning of sewage and its disposal.
•    Regular operation and maintenance of ETP/STP.
•    Repair and maintenance of Pumps and other Mechanical/Electrical Equipments.

H - Hospital Up-gradation-
 

•    Up-gradation of existing 04 Nos. Hospitals to Central Hospital at Ballarpur, Chandrapur, Majri & Pathakhera.
•    Civil works required for up gradation of Area Hospitals.
•    Civil works required for up gradation of Dispensaries.
•    AMC for Hospitals and Dispensaries.

A - Ambulance Up-gradation-
 

•    Provision of ALS Ambulance in the Hospitals -Jawaharlal Nehru Central Hospital of Nagpur Area, Barkuhi Central Hospital of Pench Area and Rajiv Ratan Central Hospital of Wani Area.

T - Treatment Standards Up-gradation-
 

•    Arrangement of Visits of Superspecialists.
•    Introducing 24x7 Medical Helpline.
•    Recruitment of Doctors.
•    Recruitment of Paramedical Staff.
